Leigh Sapir-Kashi is an associate in Sullivan & Worcester’s Boston office. Ms. Sapir-Kashi’s practice focuses on a wide range of corporate matters, as well as representation of institutional investors and fund of funds in equity and debt investments in private equity funds, real estate investment funds, co-investments and joint ventures. Ms. Sapir-Kashi also represents sponsors in the formation of private investment funds for commercial timberland, commercial farmland and commercial real estate. Prior to joining Sullivan & Worcester, Ms. Sapir-Kashi clerked for Justice Miriam Naor of the Israeli Supreme Court.

- Continually represents institutional investors in private equity investments ranging from $20-$50 million per investment
- Represented a commercial timberland and farmland investment management firm in its formation of a commercial timberland and farmland investment fund with aggregate offering proceeds in excess of $500 million
- Represented a life insurance company in structuring and committing $200 million in equity capital for interests in a private investment fund and joint venture, including transactions involving real property
