Erika L. Todd
Erika Todd is an associate in the Litigation Department of Sullivan & Worcester's Boston office. Her practice includes complex, commercial and employment matters.
Erika has represented clients at each stage of the litigation process, from pre-suit negotiations to trial. She had an active second chair role in an employment trial and in a commercial arbitration. She also participated in a products liability class action trial, two employment trials and an employment arbitration by preparing jury instructions and urgent legal briefs. Erika used her experience guiding clients through the discovery process to design and host a panel discussion — "Strategic Planning for the Discovery Process" — at the Boston Bar Association.
Erika is a director of the Harvard Law School Association of Massachusetts, where she leads an annual mentoring program and coordinates other initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, Erika was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Boston.
