Amir Vitale is an associate in the Corporate Department of our New York office. His practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including the representation of private and public companies in connection with public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate matters. Amir represents technology, FinTech, blockchain, and digital currency clients in a wide range of contested matters, as well as digital currency and blockchain companies in token sales, ICOs and other matters.
