Representative Client Work
- Represent the largest utility in the Netherlands in connection with regulatory and U.S. financing matters
- Represented a developer in the project financing of a gas to liquid plant in Trinidad and Tobago, the first in the Western Hemisphere
- Advised regarding the structuring and implementation of a financing by Cambridge Energy Alliance (CEA), a city-sponsored, non-profit organization that is creating a program to significantly reduce energy and water use and carbon dioxide emissions in Cambridge, Massachusetts
- Represented the natural gas and/or electric power trading subsidiaries of six of the ten largest utilities in the United States in the formation of a consortium for the purpose of acquiring or developing an Internet-based platform for trading natural gas, electric power and related financial instruments
