Representative Client Work

• Used our investigation and litigation skills to secure claims for first-party and third-party insurance coverage for the largest records and information management services company in multiparty litigation after arson destroyed one of its record storage warehouses
• While representing a national trade organization, successfully appealed a National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) code change that would have resulted in millions of dollars in excess construction and engineering costs
