Government Contracts & Grants We help clients with all procurement-related issues before federal agencies and in court. Our lawyers work with clients of all sizes and in all industries doing business with the federal government through prime contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, real property leases, subcontracts or other transactions, with particular emphasis on protests over contract awards. We also represent public contract clients with procurement issues before state and local governments, and provide help in resolving international contracting controversies.
