Sullivan & Worcester LLP’s Water Resource Development Group advises clients in matters involving water resource and conservation technologies, water-based alternative energy technologies, project development and water quality regulation and allocation, domestically and internationally. Members of the Group have years of experience assisting developers and state and federal agencies with water infrastructure development as well as interstate and inter-jurisdictional water issues. - Represents client at complex aquatic site involving investigation, remediation and redevelopment of significant river watershed
- Advised on the structuring of a financing by Cambridge Energy Alliance (CEA), a city-sponsored non-profit organization that is creating a program to significantly reduce energy and water use and CO2 emissions in Cambridge, Massachusetts
- Represented an Israeli manufacturer of plastic products and pipe fittings for the water and gas industries in a $20 million acquisition of a U.S. company
- Represented an Israeli manufacturer of “smart” faucets in a development joint venture with a U.S. market leader
- Represented a clean tech startup from the water industry, raising over $10 million from venture capital funds
