Priyamvada Sinha is an associate in the Litigation Department of the firm's New York office. Her practice includes a broad range of complex commercial litigation, regulatory and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Sullivan & Worcester, Ms. Sinha was an associate at a large law firm where she coordinated domestic and international cases, including document reviews, factual investigations and drafting of pleadings, demands, settlement agreements and white papers to clients.
Following law school, Ms. Sinha clerked for The Hon. Ronald L. Ellis, U.S. Magistrate Judge, S.D.N.Y., and the Hon. Stephanie K. Seymour, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
