Adi Osovsky

Dr. Adi Osovsky is an associate in the Corporate Department of our Boston office. She received her S.J.D. from Harvard Law School. She specializes in counseling both public and private companies involved in equity and debt financings and ongoing corporate governance and disclosure matters, stock exchange listing standards and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. She also advises Israeli companies that seek to have their securities traded in the United States. In addition, Dr. Osovsky works with clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and general corporate matters.

Dr. Osovsky has an LL.B. and an LL.M. degree from Tel-Aviv University. She has written articles and spoken on many topics, including the secondary market for private company shares and puffery in the securities arena.

Prior to her arrival to the United States, Dr. Osovsky was an associate in a top Israeli law firm, where she specialized in corporate law, litigation and class actions, and provided on-going legal advice on regulatory and corporate governance issues to various key players in the Israeli economy.
