Richard L. Jones

Associate

Richard L. Jones is an associate in the Tax Department of our Boston office. His practice focuses on tax appeals and state tax planning involving corporate, personal income and sales/use tax issues. Mr. Jones represents taxpayers in disputes before the Appellate Tax Board, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, the Internal Revenue Service and the Massachusetts Division of Unemployment Assistance on issues involving corporate nexus, business purpose/economic substance, apportionment, unitary business principle, domicile and employer unemployment insurance. Before joining the firm, he was a manager of state and local taxes at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
