Dianne C. Hertneky

Chief Operating Officer

Dianne C. Hertneky serves as Chief Operating Officer for Sullivan & Worcester LLP. Ms. Hertneky has over fourteen years of experience serving in the capacity of an executive operating officer for multi-office, mid-size law firms. As Chief Operating Officer of Sullivan & Worcester and a member of the firm’s management committee, Ms. Hertneky provides strategic guidance in addition to managing the firm’s day-to-day business operations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hertneky was Chief Operating/Chief Financial Officer for Pennsylvania-based Thorp Reed & Armstrong LLP. She served in similar executive and finance positions with  Eckert Seamans, Cherin & Mellot, LLC; MacElree Harvey Gallagher Featherman & Sebastian, Ltd.; and Knollridge Co., Inc., a real estate development company.
