Arie Heijkoop Jr. is an associate in the Investment Management Group in our Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on the representation of registered open-end and closed-end investment companies and their independent directors. He has substantial experience advising on regulatory and compliance issues relating to the organization and operation of investment companies. Mr. Heijkoop has also worked extensively on mergers of mutual funds and fund complexes.
