Yair Estline

Yair Estline is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Department of our New York office and works primarily for the firm’s international joint venture (ZAG/S&W LLP) with the Israeli law firm Zysman Aharoni Gayer & Co. Mr. Estline's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, ongoing securities law requirements of public companies and other general corporate and securities law matters. Prior to his arrival to the United States, Mr. Estline worked in the Israeli law firm of Dan Cohen, Spigelman, Barak, Zamir & Co. Mr. Estline also served in the Israeli Defense Forces as an intelligence officer, with a rank of Captain at his release. Mr. Estline has authored a number of articles relating to the legal and business aspects of investments in Israel and in the United States.
