• Represented developers in the development of power and lifestyle centers and in-line plazas, including drafting and negotiating reciprocal easement agreements, site development agreements and operating agreements with big box tenants and abutters, and easement agreements with public utility companies to allow for successful construction of projects
• Represented landlords in the negotiation of space and ground leases for several major retail stores, banks and national restaurant chains
• Coordinated with local permitting counsel and civil engineers throughout the permitting and development process for new retail development
• Represented borrowers in connection with acquisition, construction, conventional and conduit loan financing
• Represented preferred developer of sites for national drug store chain in acquisition and disposition of sites, development, lease negotiations, construction and permanent financing
• Represented regional restaurant chain in lease negotiations for in-line and mall space
• Represented landlord in redevelopment of existing shopping center, including drafting and negotiation of leases with new and existing tenants
• Negotiated ground lease and sublease documents for cellular tower sites
• Represented developers in sale of retail assets
• Drafted and negotiated retail and office ground and space leases for existing centers and office buildings
