Jonathan Achiron

Jonathan Achiron is a corporate associate with ZAG/S&W. Mr. Achiron’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, high-tech and venture capital and capital markets and securities.  

Mr. Achiron served as a staff sergeant of the Israel Defense Forces. He was awarded the Operational Service Medal for extraordinary performance during front line artillery battles.  

Representative Client Work

  • Represented eGlue Software Technologies, a N.J.-based corporation and a leading provider of real-time solutions, in its acquisition by NICE Systems, for $35 million
  • Represented Insuline Medical, a leading Israeli medical device developer, in a NIS 21 million public offering, on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
