Bryan D. Hunkele

Bryan D. Hunkele is an associate in the Corporate Department of our New York office. He has extensive experience in bank finance, representing major foreign and domestic banks as administrative agents, arrangers and lenders in a wide range of financings and derivative transactions. Mr. Hunkele has also represented domestic corporations in drafting stock purchase agreements for common, restricted and preferred stock issuances; stockholder agreements; non-disclosure agreements; severance agreements; board resolutions; and incorporative documents for companies with a variety of corporate structures. His experience in financial restructuring includes representing unsecured creditors’ committees in landmark domestic bankruptcy cases. Mr. Hunkele was previously an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York.
