Matthew J. Van Wormer

Matthew J. Van Wormer is an associate in the Investment Management Group of Sullivan & Worcester’s New York office. His practice focuses on the representation of mutual funds, closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds and their independent directors. Mr. Van Wormer advises on regulatory and compliance issues relating to the organization and operation of investment companies, including the mergers of mutual funds. Mr. Van Wormer also has substantial experience representing sponsors of unit investment trusts.
