Virginia Schmidt Barry

Virginia Schmidt Barry is an associate in the Investment Management Group in Sullivan & Worcester’s Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Barry’s practice focuses on transactions and issues related to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as well as securities law issues relating to investment products issued by retail mutual funds and insurance companies, including variable annuities and variable life insurance. Before joining Sullivan & Worcester, Ms. Barry was an associate at K&L Gates LLP.
