Ojen Sirin

Career Development Manager

Ojen Sirin is the career development manager at Sullivan & Worcester. Her focus is on individual career development, working in partnership with the firm’s department directors to review, create and/or modify work-brokering approaches to ensure that associates receive the appropriate levels of experience for their class year. She also oversees and ensures the implementation of the work-brokering systems and ties them in, on an ongoing basis, with the firm's existing and planned professional development initiatives. She works with the firm’s associates to create individual career development plans to help them reach their short-term and long-term professional goals.
