Paul D. Trumble is a corporate associate in Sullivan & Worcester’s Boston office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance and general corporate counseling. Mr. Trumble represents clients in M&A and financing transactions for private and publicly traded companies. While at Albany Law School of Union University, Mr. Trumble was the Executive Editor for State Constitutional Commentary of the Albany Law Review.
