Benjamin J. Armour

Benjamin J. Armour is a corporate associate in the Boston office. His practice focuses on securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling. Mr. Armour has successfully negotiated numerous M&A and financing transactions for private and publicly traded companies. In addition, he regularly represents financial institutions in secured and unsecured credit facilities. Mr. Armour also works closely with the Climate-Related Business & Technology Group on international and cross-border regulatory regimes. While attending Boston University School of Law, Mr. Armour was the managing editor of the B.U. International Law Journal and a teaching assistant for the first-year legal research and writing program.
