• Represents the largest integrated gas and electric utility in the Netherlands in connection with the unbundling of the Dutch utility industry and the restructuring of approximately $3 billion in corporate financings
• Represented the developer in the construction financing of a gas to liquids facility located in Trinidad
• Represented one of the leading U.S. electric energy trading companies in connection with a $1.2 billion high yield debt financing, the leveraged buyout financing of its parent company, the restructuring of its investment portfolio and its sale to one of the largest independent power producers in the world
• Represented the financiers in the restructuring of numerous NUG projects and accompanying reduction in ratepayer stranded costs
• Represented the Saudi national oil company in the joint venture acquisition of a 50% interest in Texaco's U.S. refining and marketing business
• Represented the financiers in the development of gas, coal and hydroelectric independent power projects in the United States and overseas
