David C. Goss

David C. Goss is a partner in the Corporate Department of the firm’s New York office. His primary focus is in asset restructuring, joint ventures, project and equipment financing, both domestically and internationally in the electric power and petroleum industries. Mr. Goss’ practice is built upon his experience as both a partner in a major New York law firm, and as the General Counsel of one of the leading power marketing and trading companies in the United States.
