Christopher Cabot is a partner in the Corporate Department of our Boston office. His practice consists of corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity and hedge fund formation; business capital structures and finance. He represents numerous corporations, partnerships and other entities in capital raising transactions, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. He also represents private equity and hedge fund sponsors and investors in fund formation and capital raising matters.
