Cyril M. Derzie is an associate in the Real Estate Department of our New York office. His practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate financings and both landlords and tenants in a wide variety of leasing and related matters.

  • Represents buyers, sellers and ownership entities in the purchase, sale and financing of real property, including the drafting and negotiating of purchase and sale agreements, retail and residential leases, easements and assignments
