Lindsay Barna

Associate

Lindsay Barna is an associate in the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation with experience in matters arising out of corporate and financial transactions, enforcing restrictive covenants and trade secrets, contractual and shareholder disputes, as well as claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. In addition, Ms. Barna has represented parties in government investigations and securities litigation, as well as tracked pending domestic and international climate change legislation. She has also completed considerable pro bono work, most recently in the representation of victims of domestic violence in restraining order hearings and parents seeking the return of children under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Ms. Barna is only admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
