Shy S. Baranov

Shy S. Baranov is an Israeli Law Specialist in the Corporate Department of Sullivan & Worcester LLP’s Boston office and works primarily for the firm’s international joint venture (ZAG/S&W LLP) with the Israeli law firm Zysman Aharoni Gayer & Co. (ZAG). Prior to joining Sullivan & Worcester, he was elected partner at ZAG. Mr. Baranov’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial and securities law, and its application to Israeli and U.S. corporations. He represents clients in all aspects of international transactions. In addition, Mr. Baranov advises technology and life science companies through all stages of development, ranging from establishment, fund raising and growth through maturity, M&A or IPO. He also has ample experience in counseling and representing investors, entrepreneurs and scientists in the technology and life science industries.
