Elizabeth S. Wigon serves as counsel in the Real Estate Department of our Boston office. Her practice is concentrated in the area of reviewing and resolving title and survey issues and closing multi-state portfolio transactions. She also represents clients in land court disputes and registration cases.

Represented real estate investment trusts in acquisitions of multi-site hotel, office and assisted living facilities
Represented sellers and purchasers in acquisition and sales of national real estate
Represented lenders in connection with foreclosure and work out transactions, as well as consumer and commercial lending
