Richard Teller is a partner in the Corporate Department of our Boston office. He represents insurance companies and pension funds in major institutional investment financings, including unsecured and secured senior and subordinated facilities, project finance, structured finance and equity investments. He also represents both acquirors and targets in mergers and acquisitions.
