Partner
Andrew T. Solomon is a partner in the Litigation Department of our New York office. He has a general commercial practice with a primary focus in complex litigation and federal securities claims. He has also represented clients in restrictive covenant disputes, discrimination claims, attorney malpractice actions, consumer class actions, insurance disputes, loan enforcement actions, and disputes involving closely-held businesses and fiduciaries. In the course of these representations, Mr. Solomon has tried jury and non-jury cases, arbitrations, and appeared before regulators including the NASD, NYSE, SEC and state securities regulators. He also has extensive experience in mediation and settlement negotiations. Prior to joining Sullivan & Worcester LLP, Mr. Solomon was an associate with Graham & James LLP.

- Defense of Canadian engineering company SNC in federal securities class action in Texas arising from the Bre-x gold scandal; extensive experience in class action defense
- Representation of companies and individuals in lawsuits over the enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Representation of software development company in AAA arbitration proceeding involving customer dispute over fitness of software, misrepresentations, and unpaid receivables
