Joshua L. Solomon is an associate in the Litigation Department of our Boston office. He is a commercial litigator who has focused most of his time since joining the firm on securities and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Solomon previously served as a law clerk for Judge Andrew J. Kleinfeld on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
