Joshua L. Solomon

Partner

Joshua L. Solomon is a partner in the Litigation Department of our Boston office. He focuses his practice on securities and general commercial litigation. Mr. Solomon has substantial experience in securities and financial services litigation, arbitration and government investigations, including representations in class actions, multi-district litigation proceedings and cross-border commercial disputes. He previously served as a law clerk for Judge Andrew J. Kleinfeld of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, where he served as an editor of The Harvard Law Review.
