Louis A. Monti

Louis A. Monti is a partner in the Real Estate Department, based in our Boston office. He represents clients, both public and private, in commercial acquisitions, dispositions and financings involving various office buildings, hospitality properties, senior living facilities and restaurants, some of which are multi-state, portfolio transactions. His practice includes a particular focus on representation of real estate investment trusts (REITs). Mr. Monti also represents public and private clients in negotiating leases from both a landlord and tenant perspective.

Representative Client Work

Represented a client in obtaining a $40 million revolving line of credit secured by mortgages on five office buildings in four states
Advised on the acquisition of three regional shopping malls in two states for $107 million
Assisted a purchaser in a $220 million sale/manage-back transaction involving 10 hotels in five states
Assisted with the real estate aspects of the acquisition and restructuring of a travel center business operating approximately 150 travel centers in 39 states
