Karen L. Linsley

Karen L. Linsley is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of its Securities Practice Group in our Boston office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, securities law and financing transactions. She represents both acquirors and target companies in mergers and acquisitions and companies in numerous public and private debt and equity offerings. Ms. Linsley has also represented clients in several international joint ventures.
