Karen M. Kozlowski is a partner in the Real Estate Department of our New York office. Her practice is focused in the areas of real estate financing, leasing, acquisition/sales and lending. Her clients include finance companies, local, national and international institutional lenders, developers and other institutional investors. Ms. Kozlowski served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, New Jersey, from 1996-1998.
