  • Represented bank syndicate in the $60 million financing of warehouse distribution centers
  • Represented the lead lender in the $420 million acquisition financing of 9 shopping centers located in New Hampshire and Massachusetts
  • Represented the lender in closing a $100 million permanent mortgage loan a $10 million equity bridge loan and a $15 million mezzanine loan for a mixed-use property in New York
  • Represented the lender in the $61 million acquisition financing of a well-known New York landmark property
  • Representing an insurance company lender in the $50 million mortgage financing of a downtown Boston office building
  • Represented the lender in a number of acquisition, construction, mezzanine and project loans ranging in size from $3 million to $30 million
  • Represented the lender in an eight property, multi-state permanent $22 million financing of national pharmacies
  • Represented a national savings bank in a number of acquisition and permanent loan transactions ranging in size from $2 million to $44 million
  • Represented the lender in a $35 million hotel acquisition financing on a ground lease property
  • Represented the lender in a three property, multi-state $15 million financing of health care facilities
  • Representing the developer/borrower in the $3 million permanent financing of a multi-use facility (driving range, office and self-storage)
  • Represented the developer/borrower in the permanent $5 million financing of a self-storage facility
  • Represented an international real estate opportunity fund in various acquisition financings, refinancings and defeasance transactions
