This Advisory discusses Congressional draft legislation that would repeal U.S. EPA's finding under the Clean Air Act that greenhouse gas emissions threaten the public health, the agency's greenhouse gas reporting and emission limitation regulations applicable to many U.S. industries, and any other "Federal action that applies to a stationary source permitting requirement or an emission standard for a greenhouse gas due to concerns regarding possible climate change."
