Electronic "Delivery" of Proxy Materials Now Mandatory - Sort Of

The SEC recently adopted further amendments to its proxy rules that will now mandate website availability of proxy materials. This advisory provides a summary of the changes all companies must make to their proxy statements, whether they intend to rely on the electronic proxy delivery process or continue to mail paper materials to shareholders.
