S&W Defense and Investigations Report February 2007

This S&W Defense and Investigations Report concerns a recent Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals decision in a case against Westar Energy's former CEO, David Wittig, and former executive vice president, Douglas Lake. The Appeals Court concluded that the prosecution fell short in providing evidence that Wittig and Lake had failed to comply with SEC regulations on reporting their personal use of Westar aircraft.
