Hugh P. Finnegan, a partner in the Real Estate Department of our New York office, presented on the topic "Accessing the Overall Strengths of Commercial Real Estate Markets" at this two day seminar. The seminar provided lenders the strategic insights and practical tactics to deal with the underperforming commercial real estate loans in their portfolio. It also provided the tools to assess the situation of a given loan in preparation for action; deal with the practical issues in executing commercial real estate workouts; work through intercreditor issues in commercial real estate loan sales; and devise creative exit strategies.
