Gayle Ehrlich presented on the topic "The Turnaround Process" at this roundtable discussion hosted by The Enterprise Center at Salem State College. Ms. Ehrlich discussed how to identify borrowers' financial and legal risks early on and provided tips on coaching them to take the necessary steps to turn the business around. Attendees also received updates on SBA Loan Programs and exchange ideas with Massachusetts SBA District Director Robert Nelson and SBA/SBDC Liaison Anne Rice Hunt.
