Nicholas O'Donnell was a speaker at "Off the Wall: Legal Issues Involving Street Art," a CLE sponsored by the New York City Bar Association. Mr. O'Donnell presented "Street Artists Versus the Fashion Industry: A Review of Recent Litigation and Novel Theories of Recovery."

The program covered some of the hot button legal issues affecting the art world today, and centered around the legal issues involving street art. This program was intended for those who practice art law, litigation, copyright, and trademark law, as well as those with clients in the art, fashion, advertising, and real estate industries.
