Laytin, Chair of Sullivan & Worcester's Intellectual Property Practice, participated as a panelist in a discussion on the trademark, copyright, infringement, rights-to-privacy, pirating, and protection aspects of celebrity licensing, including "morals" clauses at this seminar. LIMA's goal is to foster the growth and expansion of licensing by providing a forum for business networking, serving as a source of education and information, establishing standards of ethical and professional conduct and recognizing excellence and achievement.
