The program offered practical strategies for drafting and negotiating commercial purchase and sale agreements. Both buyer and seller perspectives were offered in an interactive discussion. The panel discussed provisions most often the subject of negotiation between parties, identified sellers' and buyers' preferred positions with respect to such issues, and offered their thoughts as to "market" resolutions.
