Ed Miller has practiced corporate and securities law for over 35 years. His practice is focused on the representation of emerging technology companies from startup to sale. Ed is the author of two books, published by John Wiley & Sons: “Lifecycle of a Technology Company: A Step-by-Step Legal and Practical Guide from Startup to Sale” and “Mergers & Acquisitions: A Step-by-Step Legal and Practical Guide.”

Dr. Kenney was the Associate Director of MIT’s Materials Processing Center for nearly 30 years. He is a prolific inventor and the founder of multiple startups in the electronics, microphotonics and medical device industries.
