David A. Guadagnoli has been invited back to participate in the IRS-ASPPA Northeast Area Benefits Conference. Mr. Guadagnoli will discuss, along with a represenative from the Internal Revenue Service, recent changes to the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS). The program was recently updated and expanded to include, for example, additional corrections for 403(b) plans. The Northeast Conference focuses on exchanging information and educating attendees about current regulatory, legislative, administrative and actuarial topics.
