Our speakers focused on how the U.S. bankruptcy/insolvency system has an impact on non-U.S. creditors and debtors and how such non-U.S. parties can and should respond to complex bankruptcy litigation issues as they arise. Cross-border differences in litigation practice and procedure were discussed.
