Employment and Labor Law Matters in the United States; Important Issues for Non-U.S. Lawyers and Their Clients

Sullivan & Worcester, New York, NY
January 20, 2011

This Luncheon Seminar was the second in a series dealing with important U.S. employment and labor relations matters. Our speakers focused on the most critical business and legal issues that arise in employment termination situations at the end of the employment relationship. Employers who handle these issues appropriately can avoid complex legal disputes and adverse publicity and can preserve morale and goodwill within their organizations. Cross-border differences in termination situations, including possible litigation, were discussed.
