Lewis J. Greenwald, a partner in Sullivan & Worcester's Tax Department, participated as a panelist in the International Fiscal Association (IFA) New England Region's 12th Annual Fall Conference, November 19, 2009 at The Langham Hotel in Boston. Mr. Greenwald, Vice President, IFA New England Region, provided the welcome address and participated in one of the programs titled, "The New Final Code Section 367(a)/GRA Regulations."

The International Fiscal Association is the leading worldwide organization dealing with matters of international taxation. Its primary objective is the study and analysis of the tax law as it affects international commerce and transactions.
