Sullivan & Worcester hosted an "Introduction to U.S. International Tax" seminar sponsored by ATLAS Information Group, Inc. Attendees learned the A-B-C's of U.S. international taxation, including the pitfalls and opportunities of operating overseas. Sullivan & Worcester tax partners Lewis J. Greenwald and Douglas S. Stransky served as co-chairpersons and presented, along with tax associate David H. Kaplan on the U.S. tax effects of generating income or losses from operations overseas.
