NFPA in the Courtroom: Codes, Standards and the Law

Larry Varn and Jeffey Francis, partners in the Litigation Department, will present "NFPA In the Courtroom: Codes, Standards and the Law" at this interactive session. The development of codes and standards, sometimes in response to major fire incidents, and the use of NFPA documents in the resolution of legal issues, including evidence of negligence, defenses, and the special issues of arson will be discussed.
