2008 Commercial Real Estate Financing Seminar - Opening the Closing Process on Corporate Deals

Hugh Finnegan, a partner in the Real Estate Department of our New York office, presented on the topic "Real Estate Collateral in Non-Real Estate Transactions" at this seminar. Mr. Finnegan discussed how to get real estate deals done when the borrower is in a business other than real estate, as well as common problem areas and delays, and strategies to get past them.
